Most Friday mornings I treat myself to a tad bit of an audacious breakfast.
Key healthy elements are still very present; you know like fruit, almond milk, Wazoogle super food powder and other dried super foods. I just tend to add a little extra fruit and top my oats or smoothies with a heavy hand of nut butters or in this case Zang dark chocolate.
In my mind this is far more nutritious than the average Joe’s breakfast, but it is a tad indulgent.
However when I have completed my firth workout for the week it does come as some sort of reward, and its all about balance no?

And what better way to welcome my new bowls and spoons, than with a spring inspired overnight oats bowl?
Its quick, time efficient and bloody yummy!
