Tis the season am I right? Now before reading further please note that I am not one to say no to festive foods, or drank however I do feel that vegans can be slightly forgotten over this period due to Aunt Tutu’s banging ice-cream cake stealing the show.
So instead of trying to match that sugary goodness (which yes I will be having PLENTY of) I thought it might be more mindful creating a small and super easy dish for the vegans of the family.
With only 7 ingredients to make and a few hours in the fridge, your pudding duties will not only leave your wallet nice and choosy but spare you time for that last minute Christmas shopping.
Add all ingredients except syrup to the mixing bowl or blender.
Leave over night in the fridge and create a magical bowl in the morning (adding in your maple syrup)
