SPRING FOR BREAKFAST?

Recently I let the cutlery shopaholic in me take control of my wallet and purchased pretty much everything you see in this photo!
With all these new toys to play with, I couldn’t help but find myself surfing the web for some new breakfast inspiration.

And what better way to welcome my new bowls and spoons, than with a spring inspired overnight oats bowl?

Its quick, time efficient and bloody yummy!

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup gluten free oats from Faithful To Nature
1/2 cup Almond Breeze unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp of Wazoogle Vanilla superfood protein powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

In the evening :

Place oats, almond milk, vanilla essence and super food powder in small jar. Stir well to combine.
Close the lid and place in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning :

Top with soak chia seeds, organic peanut butter, banting granola and well, anything your heart desires! Channel your inner artist, and paint that bowl with all the colors of the season.
