SPRING CLEANING MY CUPBOARD AND GUT

SPRING HAS SPRUNG!

And I couldn’t be happier; mainly because its an excuse for me to pimp out my cupboards.
From the kitchen to my bedroom, you name it – I have it on my list.

So I gathered my shopping list and headed to Cavendish Square because H&M has FINALLY made an appearance there, but I was actually just low key making an excuse to get a Wellness Warehouse snack haul in #TheSnackcidentQueen
While shopping I found myself picking out all the berry options and before I could even register what I was doing – There I was in Cotton On trying on the berry color clothes! Who is this person and what have you done with chocoholic Cands who only wears black?

I guess that’s what I love about the change of seasons, we get to almost blossom with it – But enough chatting, its smoothie bowl time!

SPRING SMOOTHIE BOWL INGREDIENTS:

THE HOW TO:
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender – wet ones first and blend
  2. Serve and add all the toppings!
    I used Planet Organic Paleo granola, hemp seeds, a strab, roasted coconut shavings and cut up Superfood goji berry crunch raw cacoa block – YUM!
