Hello Hello Everyone, I hope y’all are having a better Tuesday than me?
I woke up this morning with full blown flu & haven’t managed to even get out of the house yet.
So I decided to use my indoor time wisely by putting together the Healthy Girl with a Sweet Tooth protein balls sent to yesterday.
They are tremendously satisfying, however this flu needs all the mineral & nutrients I can fit in me right now.
So i pulled apart my foodie abode to make an ‘Everything Under The Kitchen Sink’ smoothie

- 1 serving Vanilla Sky Wazoogle blend
- 1/2 almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen paw paw
- 1/2 cup blue berries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 tsp Glucomannan powder
THE HOW TO & WHATS ON TOP
- Blend all ingredients in your blender till it gets to a smooth consistency
- Topped with nut butter, hemp seeds & 1 Healthy Girl With a Sweet Tooth protein ball
