Looking for a new whey to get your protein in? Can’t stop thinking about when your next cheat meal is going to be?
Not to sound like a terrible insurance advert, but these Whey Chewies are something you might want to add to your kitchen cupboard!
- Boil kettle
- Sprinkle gelatin to boiled water, mix quickly
- Now mix your whey and vanilla essence
- Pour into molds, and place in the freeze for 10-15 minutes (no longer)
- Pop out your molds and store at room temperature in a glass jar
