Happy Taco Tuesday Foodies!

I’m pretty new to the whole taco thing, and only actually found myself making this recipe due to some left over Cassava flour in the cupboard and being a semi pro at cooking beans (high five to being a newbie plant based lover)

Not really knowing how to even get started I found myself on Pinterest to find a quick and easy recipe to whip up for y’all however Pinterest failed me this time so I kinda just winged it. Keeping this in mind, please be kind.

However this is SERIOUSLY one of the easiest recipes I have made to date, which is perfect for those Taco Tuesday evenings after a long day working.

For toppings I suggest keeping it Mexican with a whole lotta gac and tones of black beans! Diving into your fridge for a few extras wont hurt either, I invited some frikkadels & mini herbs to the party.

Crispy – if cooked a lil longer
Loaded with healthy fillings
& Delicious

  • 2 1/2 cup @health_riot cassava flour
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp sea salt
In the evening :
  1. Mix all ingredients above into a bowl until there is a nice thick consistency
  2. Divide equally into 10 balls
  3. Flatten with floured hands and adding extra flour of needed.
  4. Use olive oil to base your pan, fry to desired crispiness.
  5. Plate and add all the toppings!
